Nevada Gambling Law
The regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to this section must: May not be copied, stored or redistributed without prior written permission. A person who, being out of the State, abducts or kidnaps, by force or fraud, any person, contrary to the laws of the place where the act is committed, and brings, sends or conveys such person into this State.
The prize is a specified amount of money; or 2. A licensee who puts additional games or slot machines into play or displays additional games or slot machines in a public area without first obtaining all required licenses and approval is subject only to the penalties provided in NRS A person who commits out of the State any act which, if committed within it, would be larceny, and is afterward found in the State with any of the stolen property.
The words and terms defined in chapter of NRS have the meanings ascribed to them in that chapter. Consideration is required to be paid by the patrons to participate in the competition. Knowingly to entice or induce another to go to any place where a gambling game is being conducted or operated in violation of the provisions of this chapter, with the intent that the other person play or participate in that gambling game.
Except as otherwise provided in subsection 5, the Commission shall not approve a license for an establishment to operate interactive gaming unless: If a person engages in conduct in violation of subsection 1 and the person is outside of this state at the time of the offense: If he consummated it in this state, through the intervention of an innocent or guilty agent, or any other means proceeding directly from himself, in such case the jurisdiction is in the county in which the offense is consummated.
