Mirko CRO COP Filipovic is a Croatian professional boxer, who is currently signed to Golden Boy Promotions.

When Mirko was a child, he was always interested in sports and physical activities. He played football for most of his early life, but he eventually found his passion in boxing.

He started boxing at the age of 12, when he was living with his family in Zagreb. He would go to the gym after school and on weekends with his father and brothers.

Eventually Mirko became one of the best amateur boxers in Croatia and Europe, winning numerous titles and medals at tournaments around the world.

He also won three consecutive Croatian Championships — 2004-2006.
