Vanes Martirosyan is an Armenian-American professional boxer. He is the current WBA and IBO super welterweight champion.

Martirosyan was born in Armenia, but moved to Los Angeles with his family as a child. He began boxing at the age of 12, following in the footsteps of his father who was also a professional boxer.

He began his career as an amateur boxer when he was 16 years old and won the Armenian National Championships, three European Union Championships, one World Championship and one Olympic Silver Medal.
